- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and retail customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Effectively communicate product information to potential customers and address inquiries.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales leads, and pipeline management.
