We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Accommodation and Transportation Supervisor to join our team.
Job Description:
The Accommodation and Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to employee housing and transportation. This includes managing accommodation facilities, coordinating daily staff transportation, and ensuring that both housing and transportation operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage company-provided accommodations for staff
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and ensure timely staff movements
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures for employees in company housing
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of accommodations
- Liaise with transportation providers and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to accommodation and transport
- Respond to staff concerns and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accommodation and/or transportation supervision
- Must be available to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼2,200.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
