Key Responsibilities – Sales Growth, Client Engagement & Customer Service Excellence in Dammam
- Identify, target, and pursue sales opportunities with potential and existing customers across Dammam in-person, via phone, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients by providing product knowledge, personalized assistance, and outstanding service.
- Demonstrate and explain Niceone’s products, promotions, and services clearly to customers, aligning recommendations with their needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs, contributing to company goals for revenue and market growth in Dammam.
- Effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism, and ensure customer satisfaction continues beyond the sale.
- Stay updated on product launches, brand initiatives, and market trends to deliver accurate, up-to-date information to clients.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training, and development sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues in customer service, logistics, and marketing to deliver a seamless, exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reporting using the company’s sales management tools and systems.
Key Requirements – Sales Experience, Communication Skills & Local Dammam Knowledge
- High school diploma or above; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role; experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English; able to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Driven, outgoing, and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail during the sales process.
- Proficient in using digital tools and sales systems to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.
- Understanding of the Dammam market and customer preferences is preferred.
- Valid Saudi driver’s license is an advantage for field activities.
