We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Incharge & Logistics Coordinator to manage warehouse operations and oversee logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia and a strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving procedures, and coordination of local and international logistics.
Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Management:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Organize the layout and efficient space utilization of the warehouse.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks as needed.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate and track the movement of goods (local and international).
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and customs agents.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (invoices, delivery notes, customs declarations, etc.).
- Schedule and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and import/export policies.
- Maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiar with Saudi logistics regulations and customs clearance procedures.
