A Day in the Life

The purpose of the Growing Region intern role is to strengthen Medtronic's presence in remote cities, ensuring patients & customers in these areas have access to life-changing therapies and support. 
As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with healthcare professionals and learn about all Medtronic’s business therapies.  You will have a direct influence by collaborating with all Medtronic’s business therapies to improve patient lives, enhance customer relationships, and provide valuable insights that align business strategies with regional needs.  This internship is a great way to start your career in healthcare while making a meaningful impact to people’s lives.

Internship details:
•    Start date: September
•    Duration: 6 months
•    Working hours: 40h per week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
•    Working model: onsite/hybrid
•    Location: Tabuk

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Support relationship-building efforts in the area by assisting with communication and coordination with key stakeholders. Help maintain consistent engagement and contribute to fostering positive, long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and other relevant contacts.
•    Support efforts to improve patient access to Medtronic therapies and services in remote areas by assisting with communication and coordination between local stakeholders and internal teams.
•    Assist in identifying opportunities to expand Medtronic’s presence in the assigned area by gathering insights and supporting initiatives that promote awareness and usage of Medtronic’s products and services.Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, clinical, logistics, customer support..etc) to deliver tailored solutions for the area/account.   
•    Assist the logistics team during and after deliveries to ensure smooth operations. 

Required Knowledge: 
•    Recently graduated with Bachelor or Master degree
•    Fluent in both English and Arabic
•    Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint). 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Excellent organizational abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
•    Eager to learn, develop, and grow professionally

Would be a plus:
•    Medical background or degree
•    Driver’s license
