Job Description:-

Knowledge of tower cranes, construction equipment, and their applications is essential.
Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian construction market, the upcoming major project and its key players.
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share for tower cranes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Create annual sales forecasts and budget plans.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the construction sector.
- Provide consultation to clients on tower crane selection based on project requirements.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sales support.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Saudi Arabia
- Establish partnerships with construction companies, contractors, and other key players.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote products and services.
Technical and Product Knowledge
- Maintain a thorough understanding of XCMG tower crane specifications, features, and operational requirements.
- Work with the technical team to provide accurate solutions tailored to client projects.
- Stay updated on advancements and innovations in crane technology.
Team Management and Coordination
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and after-sales departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present performance insights to senior management.
Regulatory Compliance and Market Awareness
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards for tower cranes in Saudi Arabia.
- Stay informed on construction sector developments, including mega projects in the region.
- Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, Parts, Service, HR, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure seamless coordination.
- Undertake additional job roll-related tasks as necessary to support the companys mission and operations.
