We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Timekeeper to join our reputable contracting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction projects and the ability to handle his responsibilities efficiently on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record daily attendance of all site workers and staff
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours, overtime, and breaks
- Coordinate closely with site supervisors and HR for payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with company timekeeping policies and labor regulations
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly time reports
- Address any timekeeping discrepancies swiftly and professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Time Keeper in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of time management systems and Excel
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in records
- Ability to manage time effectively under pressure
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
