Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financials Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.
Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Assist with the preparation of job postings and advertisements.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters.
- Sourcing and Candidate Identification
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
