Job Description
Vision, Strategy & Leadership
- Provide pro-active and tactical advice and solutions to business leaders/managers on talent acquisition matters (not covered by MSS)
- Understand the business direction within the own region/country and be able to translate into impact on e.g., talent required and sourcing challenges
- Understand the business direction within the own region/country and be able to translate relevant insights and local requirements to People Services, Business HR and CoEs
Operational Delivery
- Provides specialist technical expertise to lead both proactive and reactive recruitment activities in accordance with policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Drives the end-to-end recruitment process:
- Works with People Services leads to establish business- and applicant requirements and supports managers throughout process to drive identification, selection and landing of best talent
- Sources the best candidates for vacancies using range of mediums and channels - owning the creation and execution of a sourcing strategy to generate both active and passive talent for current and future vacancies
- Conducts screening interviews and maintain candidate feedback/ interview records
- Leads external candidate calibration, selection and offer proposal processes; leverages closing skills to bring offers to acceptance
- Responsible for acting as an escalation point for employee enquiries received via Tier 1, providing employees support with query resolution
- Responsible for holding specialized expertise in local market knowledge, industry networks, and competitive landscapes
Continuous Improvement
- Drives operational efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement, candidate and hiring manager experience and meeting SLAs
- Drives an excellent candidate experience and manages candidate communities, maximising the power of Workday to do so
- Collaborates with People Services Leads and TA CoE to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure alignment across countries and regions
- Be part of (one or more) Capability Expert Communities to bring in the functional perspective in the overall maintenance and improvement of the HR Capabilities
