Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, plan and implement detailed deployment designs
- Write and maintain technical implementation documentation on existing services and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development, deployment and operations.
- Ensure that new deployments are handed with appropriate documentation and training
- Implement Infrastructure projects as needed, ensuring work is delivered on-time and to a high quality
- Implement automated high-availability deployments
- Design and deploy systems management, provisioning and improvement tools, in line with the, Network, Systems and Operational Systems strategies and the priorities of Network & Infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering or relative IT filed
- 0-3 years’ experience on multiple hardware platforms and operating systems
- Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware , KVM and Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of Nutanix Hyper converged
- Knowledge of; Apache, MySQL, Mail, BIND, FreeRADIUS and LVM
- Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of SAN, NAS and Storage solutions
- Knowledge of network management and network management tools (E.g. Cacti, Nagios, or equivalents)
- Knowledge of systems design and architecture principles
- Knowledge of Clustering technologies, load balancing
- Red Hat certification or equivalent Linux certificate is preferred
- Scripting skills in, BASH, Python, Perl, Ansible is preferred
- Good command in both English & Arabic languages (writing, reading & conversation)
- Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios
- Self-motivated
