The Opportunity
As a System Integration Officer (ESB) at Optimiza, you will play a crucial role in managing the enterprise service bus (ESB) that facilitates communication between different applications and systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all components integrate smoothly, delivering reliable and efficient data exchange across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain ESB architecture to support various integration needs across the organization.
- Configure and monitor ESB services to enhance performance and ensure service availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify integration requirements and deliver solutions that support business objectives.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Create and maintain integration documentation, including architectural diagrams, data flows, and connection details.
- Ensure compliance with integration standards and best practices to maintain system robustness and security.
- Participate in planning and executing integration testing and validation processes.
Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.
Requirements
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in system integration, primarily with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of ESB tools such as MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or TIBCO.
- Proficient in API development and integration techniques, particularly RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Understanding of message-oriented middleware and messaging systems like JMS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
