We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining the store area in an orderly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Ensure accurate stock records are maintained.
- Issue materials and products as per requisitions.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Perform regular stock checks and audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments for stock requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and storage procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to operate inventory software and basic office equipment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse training is a plus.
