Duties
- Identify, develop, and manage sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential sponsors and assess their alignment with our mission.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sponsorship leads, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demos to potential sponsors, showcasing the value of partnership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored sponsorship packages that meet the needs of sponsors while enhancing our offerings.
- Maintain ongoing communication with sponsors to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions in sponsorship management.
- Develop reports on sponsorship performance, providing insights for future strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management or account management, preferably in a sponsorship or partnership context.
- Strong understanding of inside sales processes and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and sponsorship performance effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
