Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist for the SDO (Strategy, Development, and Operations) team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and operational processes that contribute to the overall success of the company’s projects. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in alignment with the company vision and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making processes and operational improvements.
- Support project management tasks, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and ensure effective communication.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in generating reports to track project success and operational efficiency.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide updates on ongoing initiatives and projects.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest actionable solutions.
- Maintain documentation related to strategic projects and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy development, project management, or operational roles.
