Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Specialist - Governance. In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of governance frameworks that ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Governance strategy to support the achievement of GS strategic objectives.
- Develop and enforce the implementation of GS Governance policies, processes, procedures and controls.
- Participate in the preparation for General Assemblies for QIC and its affiliates.
- Develop and update QIC Board, Committees and Executive Management charters.
- Prepare any documentation and MoMs related to Board and committee meetings.
- Conduct research and participate in providing advice to the senior management on variety of governance topics (Companies law and governance regulations).
- Participate in drafting the Board annual report. Ensure the completion of Board & Committees disclosures.
- Conduct the update and ensure implementation of the Corporate Governance Manual.
- Prepare and coordinate the Company and General Secretariat external communication and correspondences. Development and maintain all governance related documents.
- Maintain all requirements related Board and Committees "logistic, resolutions, directions etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in governance, compliance, or a related field.
- Understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Experience in the real estate or entertainment sector is an advantage.
