We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supervising on-site operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety, and driving the project to successful completion on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective execution of works.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and company policies on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during construction.
- Maintain site records including work progress, materials used, and equipment deployment.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Review and interpret engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to achieve project targets.
- Attend site meetings and participate in discussions related to planning and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Preferably from the American University of Beirut).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision and construction management.
- Solid understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to site-specific challenges.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid transferable Iqama preferred (if already residing in KSA).
Additional Information:
- Candidates must be locally available in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate immediately.
- Preference will be given to Lebanese nationals with a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized American University.
