We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Specialist - Implementation to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of diverse projects aimed at creating a world-class destination, contributing to our mission of delivering innovative experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and update of implementation plans for active and inactive districts and/or MDU-led workstreams.
- Coordinate implementation models and reports to ensure consistency across districts and alignment with the overall IMS.
- Manage interfaces and interdependencies across MDU functions, district teams, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly dashboards and executive-level implementation reports; analyse trends and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Collaborate with MDU Planning, Risk, and Reporting teams to support unified oversight and issue resolution.
- Participate in workshops, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts led by the MDU core team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in project implementation or management, preferably in the entertainment or large-scale development sectors.
- Experience in large-scale development or infrastructure delivery, ideally in a master developer or PMO setting.
- Strong grasp of development phasing, infrastructure readiness, and construction logistics.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination, with clear and effective communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 and Power BI is a plus.
