In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and value generation across our business engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and ensure compliance of contract templates with internal standards and policies
- Evaluate RFP packages and contractual terms and conditions (T&Cs)
- Summarize key contractual obligations and actions for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and communicate contract requirements and updates across departments
- Conduct contractor financial due diligence and award analysis
- Develop and support financial negotiation strategies
- Participate in negotiation meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Mitigate company risk exposure in non-standard agreements
- Provide input on the Bid Review Program (BRP) and ensure bidder competitiveness
- Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms
- Advise internal proponents on financial and contractual matters
- Analyze data to produce insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and strengthen contract controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the construction, entertainment, or large-scale development sectors
- Strong understanding of financial and legal aspects of commercial contracts, including risk assessment and compliance
