SWATX is on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Engineer who will be integral in designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' strategic objectives. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to engage with clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions that drive value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure successful implementations and enhance our offerings.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective solutions.
- Design, prototype, and present complex solutions to clients, including architecture diagrams and implementation plans.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support the sales process and participate in customer meetings and demos.
- Act as a subject matter expert in relevant technologies and industries, providing deep insights to clients.
- Lead the installation and configuration of solutions, ensuring smooth deployments and transitions.
- Provide ongoing support and education to clients, addressing technical issues and optimizing solution performance.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools, with experience in system architectures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms and services.
- Relevant certifications in software engineering or solution architecture.
