Role Responsibilities:
Establishes prospects and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.
Supports business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
Prospects bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.
Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
Identifies prospective target accounts and presents to sales business development team.
Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
Work towards achieving the assigned order intake target in the respective categories of New Service Agreement & Service Repairs, while complying with company Finance, Ethics and Sales Policies.
Achieve FY Plan through securing New service agreement as well as New Service Repairs.
Minimum Requirements:
4-5 years experience in Sales with Service agreements and Service repairs agreements within HVAC industry.
Bachelor degree, Preferably Mechanical Engineer
Expertise in MS office applications
Self-motivated, Team player, result oriented and with effective communication skills.
