Job Purpose:
The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth in the rental transportation division by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. This role focuses on promoting PPCO’s fleet and rental services to contractors, project owners, and corporate clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the transportation rental sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients (construction companies, project developers, logistics firms, and oil & gas contractors).
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and rental agreements to clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements within approved guidelines.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and service requirements promptly and professionally.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with the operations and fleet management teams to ensure timely vehicle availability and delivery to clients.
- Monitor ongoing rental projects and ensure services are aligned with client expectations.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, fleet requirements, and service improvements.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and contracts.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi labor regulations, and client contract requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in rental transportation, logistics, or equipment leasing industry (experience in Saudi Arabia preferred).
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle rental market and client base (construction, oil & gas, mega projects).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
- Arabic and English fluency (written and spoken).
