As a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant you will play a critical role in the sales process by acting as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers. This role involves delivering high-impact demonstrations, supporting RFx responses, crafting technical proposals, and designing tailored cybersecurity solutions.
What You'll Do:
1. Technical Sales Support & Customer Engagement
- Deliver clear, compelling demos and technical presentations that bring our cybersecurity solutions to life.
- Lead PoV projects, helping prospects experience firsthand how COGNNA can solve their toughest security challenges.
- Understand each customer's pain points and propose solutions that are both impactful and practical. Support the sales team in closing strategic deals by providing the technical edge that sets us apart.
2. RFx & Proposal Development
- Take ownership of the RFx process (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) with high-quality, timely, and competitive responses.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to draft technical proposals, compliance documentation, and solution overviews. Maintain and evolve a proposal library to streamline future submissions.
3. Solution Design & Architecture
- Design architecture for enterprise deployments, integrating our platform into complex customer environments.
- Define deployment models, integration paths, and customizations for maximum impact. Provide technical leadership on multi-year, large-scale cybersecurity projects.
4. Competitive Intelligence & Industry Expertise
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, NCA/SAMA regulations, and industry best practices. Analyze competitors and provide strategic insights to enhance COGNNA’s product and sales strategy.
5. Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Work hand-in-hand with SDRs and Account Executives to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Share market and customer feedback with the Product Team to guide product innovation.
- Assist in upskilling Sales & SDR Teams on technical positioning and cybersecurity landscape trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting role within cybersecurity, MDR, or IT security.
- Strong experience with RFx processes and proposal development.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, and local compliance standards (e.g., NCA).
- Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOC automation, and threat intelligence solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills – both technical and business-focused.
- Ability to engage confidently with CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders, and compliance teams.
- Arabic speaker ,fluent in English.
