Senior Intelligence Information Analyst

To provide Intelligence Information Analyst to support the RSAF intelligence in the daily work or any intelligence requirements and engage in making sure the data is accurate and credible, the analysis is based on logical hypotheses. And conclusions along with recommendations are to realistic. These efforts require communication skills, supervisory and leadership qualities. The key objective is sound judgment. The key outputs are recommendations based on a methodological criterion. Also the job holder should practice the following: Monitor the operations. Initiate corrective actions to swiftly resolve problems. Attend and actively participate in meetings, seminars and other relevant events that may be required. Motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance and quality. Encourage staff to develop job knowledge.

Participate in interviewing potential candidates for employment. Accountability for team supervision, deliverables quality, and timely submission. Participate in evaluation and selection of systems. Represent the Director of Air Intelligence Department in meeting and events. Intelligence Preparation of Operations Environment (IPOE). Military exercise scenarios preparation. Advice the Director of Air Intelligence Department on development & Improvements in Intelligence, administrative and operational aspects of work.

No less than a bachelor’s degree (Political Science) and a solid background in that area. Advance Intelligence and Terrorism Courses, along with practical training (courses) in analytical skills in order to effectively teach staff and advise superiors. As well as no less than 12 years’ experience in the field of intelligence and 6 years in preparing detailed intelligence reports with a methodological sequence, not to mention a good grasp of Microsoft office applications. Must be highly organized. Must be fully committed to acting with the highest standards of ethical behavior at all times personally and to set an example
