Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a strategic and meticulous Senior Director - Centers Management to oversee the operations and management of our diverse centers within the Qiddiya project. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of operational excellence, customer experience, and financial performance across all centers, ultimately driving Qiddiya’s vision of becoming a world-class destination for entertainment, sports, and arts.
As the Senior Director of Centers Management, you will lead a dedicated team in developing strategies and best practices to optimize the performance of all business centers, including but not limited to retail, hospitality, and entertainment venues. Your role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance guest experiences while achieving operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive management strategies for all centers within Qiddiya to ensure effective operations and strong financial performance.
- Lead a team of managers to establish operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics for each center to achieve organizational goals.
- Engage regularly with tenants, partners, and service providers to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with operational processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience across all centers, promoting a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Manage financial planning and budgeting processes related to center operations, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive promotional initiatives and maximize center attendance and revenues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 12-16 years of experience in center management, operations, or a related field, with a focus on entertainment or hospitality sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that drive success and enhance customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and manage financial performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in large-scale projects or developments is a significant advantage.
