Senior Associate - Influencers at Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand engagement and visibility through influencer partnerships. This position demands a strategic thinker with a passion for social media marketing and community engagement. You will work closely with a diverse range of content creators to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience, utilizing analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize future collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across various social media platforms to champion Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives, ensuring campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Partner with influencers to create authentic content that showcases the brand’s offerings, including promotions of attractions, events, and themed experiences.
- Analyze influencer performance metrics and engagement data to generate insights and refine influencer strategies for maximum impact.
- Coordinate promotional efforts, contests, and events in collaboration with influencers to enhance brand awareness and community involvement.
- Manage budget allocation for influencer campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources while achieving targeted outcomes.
- Design and implement tracking mechanisms to evaluate the success of influencer partnerships and report findings to the marketing team.
- Research industry trends and new influencer marketing opportunities to keep Six Flags Qiddiya City competitive in the market.
- Foster a collaborative environment between influencers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Develop a comprehensive influencer database, tracking reach, engagement, and effectiveness of collaborations.
- Stay informed regarding the evolving landscape of social media, including platform changes and emerging influencers.
- Produce creative briefs and collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets that reflect the brand's voice and vision.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing; experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their user demographics.
