As we advance our digital transformation and prepare for IPO readiness, we are embedding AI and intelligent systems across our core functions — from operations to client delivery.
We are hiring an AI Systems & Integration Lead to lead this transformation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends engineering, automation, and applied innovation. You’ll architect and implement smart workflows, develop AI agents, and create intelligent integrations across our systems and teams.
Role Overview
This is a strategic position for a high-performing individual who can deliver real outcomes. You’ll design and deploy custom AI agents, automate workflows, and serve as the in-house architect connecting platforms like CRM, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and internal knowledge bases. Your work will directly shape how SHC operates — faster, smarter, and with AI at the core.
You will collaborate closely with department heads, the CEO’s office, and internal tech stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable, AI-powered systems.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote considered for exceptional candidates)
Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Development
- Build and deploy custom AI agents using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) to support operations, sales, HR, and delivery
- Train agents on SHC internal documentation and workflows
- Configure function calling, memory, and tool integration for business use cases
System Integration & Automation
- Design and implement API integrations between business systems (CRM, HR platforms, productivity tools)
- Build automation pipelines to eliminate repetitive manual tasks
- Ensure stable, documented, and scalable architecture
Internal AI Enablement
- Build internal GPTs/copilots for proposal generation, SOP retrieval, knowledge access, and process automation
- Collaborate with non-technical teams to surface AI use cases
- Develop internal usage guidelines and documentation
Strategic Tooling & Evaluation
- Identify emerging AI tools that align with SHC’s growth and operational roadmap
- Test, validate, and lead implementation of new platforms as needed
- Own internal experimentation and feedback cycles for AI adoption

- Teams are supported by internal copilots and GPT agents
- Manual work is reduced, data flows are clean, and documentation is centralized
- You’ve built scalable, secure infrastructure that elevates company-wide performance
Requirements
Candidate Profile
You’re not just an AI engineer — you’re a systems builder and a business thinker. You care about building real tools that people use every day, and you understand how AI can transform operations when applied intentionally.
Required:
- Proven experience in AI agent development using OpenAI or similar LLM platforms
- Strong ability to design workflow automation and integrate APIs
- Fluency in tools like Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar low-code platforms
- Solid programming or scripting ability (Python preferred)
- Experience working with internal stakeholders to implement systems end-to-end
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Based in Riyadh or available to work remotely with full availability
