Job Purpose
This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in a Supervisor Development Program for Chief Electricians within
Arabian Drilling. Candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip them with the necessary skills
and knowledge to excel in a supervisory role. The program combines classroom learning, on-the-job training, and practical
experience on an offshore or onshore drilling rig, fostering a well-rounded understanding of electrical systems, maintenance
procedures, and leadership principles.

Entry-level position up to 3 years of experience
Relevant Experience
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostics of electrical systems (a plus).
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and scheduled inspections for electrical equipment (a plus).
