Could you be the full-time Customer Director in Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic leadership and business development expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business development strategy, driving customer-centric initiatives, and ensuring sustainable growth in the Saudi Arabian market. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Business Development, Product & Strategy, and Regional Management), foster relationships with key external stakeholders, and lead a team of Business Development Managers to achieve impactful results.
You’ll specifically take care of managing customer relationships and enhancing tender win rates, but also contribute to the overall SS&I (Signalling, Systems & Infrastructure) business strategy.
We’ll look to you for:
Defining and implementing a robust business development strategy aligned with regional goals
Promoting Alstom’s products and services to win new business
Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, partners, and governmental entities
Providing market intelligence and strategic insights to influence decision-making
Leading opportunity qualification and capture planning processes
Ensuring successful project execution and maintaining customer satisfaction

Degree in engineering or a related field (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
Experience in project-based environments and working closely with governmental entities
Knowledge of the railway or mobility industry (preferred but not required)
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
Familiarity with Saudi Procurement Law
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented approach
