We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the operations of a premium aesthetic clinic located in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing beauty salons or aesthetic clinics, with strong leadership and sales abilities. This role requires someone who is results-driven, team-oriented, and capable of ensuring a high-end client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of therapists, technicians, and front desk staff to achieve performance and sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and client retention.
- Monitor stock levels, clinic supplies, and manage inventory efficiently.
- Prepare and review operational reports and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the head office on marketing, staffing, and clinic performance updates.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in a salon or aesthetic clinic setting.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a solid understanding of customer service in the beauty/wellness industry.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or open to relocation.
