You will partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance our customer experience, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, product specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature delivery in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics, adoption, and feedback.

- Own technical documentation for product features, data models, and architecture.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and deployment best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and proactively suggest relevant innovations.

- Proven track record of delivering complex technical products using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and test automation within Salesforce environments.
