Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales National Manager BTL (lubricants, tires, batteries) to lead and grow B2B sales operations exclusively across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, establishing strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for BTL within the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lubricants, tires, and batteries.
- Set and achieve monthly and yearly sales target values and gross profit (GP) goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Team Management:
- Lead, train, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and motivate the team to drive results.
- Ensure alignment between sales activities and company goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.
- Handle major client negotiations and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines (lubricants, tires, batteries) and their applications.
- Support marketing efforts, promotions, and product launches in coordination with the marketing team.
- Conduct product training for internal teams and external partners when needed.
Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory closely to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement to manage inventory efficiently.
Collections Management:
- Oversee the collection process to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Coordinate with finance and credit control teams to resolve payment delays or disputes.
- Develop strategies to improve collection rates and reduce outstanding receivables.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, KPIs, and performance analyses.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to improve future sales performance.
Compliance & Profitability:
- Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Focus on achieving profitability targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the lubricants or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of the lubricants market and its applications across various industries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia.
