About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional to join our Client’s growing team! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with hands-on experience in any corporate Sales such as ERP, SaaS solutions, Event & Advertising sales. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to close complex deals that turn into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets in KSA.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving client concerns promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and KSA legal/regulatory requirements, liaising with government entities when needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, expenses, and branch operations to senior management.
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations for continuous growth.
