Job Description
- Maintain HSE policies, procedures are available, communicated to the field and office staff
- Ensure field and lab staff is equipped with appropriate PPE as per business risk assessment.
- Conduct monthly HSE Safety meetings, Safe Talks online and offline or face to face
- Assist in achieving the group objectives and HSE goals.
- Conduct Risk assessment and internal audits and ensure compliance of the group policies and procedures in liaise with concerned Operation team
- Arrange and participate in regular HSE activities as advised by the QHSE manager
- Assist and coordinate regular emergency mock drills at various locations
- Ensure monthly HSE KPI and employee exposure hours are reported in the Crystal by respective business line from all locations.
- Conduct Regular Field or laboratory HSE audits and spot audits
- Conduct Induction training for all new staffs
- Communicate HSE requirements with all staff members through meetings, trainings, online meetings, spot audits etc
- Issue work permits as and when required after conducting Risk assessment
- Intervene when an unsafe act or condition is observed.
- Ensure the fire protection system in the business operations is effectively maintained its integrity and AMC done on time
- Ensure the staff are fully familiar with Chemwatch modules and in use at all levels
- Assist HSE Management to implement the group Operational Integrity Procedures roll out
- Actively Participate in the OI online meetings and cascade the information among the team
- Conduct and document investigations of incidents, hazards and ensure follow up actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular SGS and client site inspections and audits ensuring that the project HSE Management System and other requirements of the projects are adhered to
- Report the observed hazards in the Crystal
- Ensure OI Leading performance indicators are monitored against the group Benchmarks and escalated time to time when not up to the expectations
- Assist in achieving the OI Top Page Objectives
- Deputy to the QHSE Manager
- Attend client HSE meetings as and when deputed
- Drive and implement the specific Departmental or project related HSE requirements
Qualifications
- Degree/diploma/Engineering in any stream
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification
Additional Information
- Ability to relocate around KSA
- Knows MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Reading, Speaking and Writing skills in English.
- Familiar about Saudi Aramco work environment and basic safety procedure.
- Good Knowledge of WPR & Safety measurements
- Able to interact with all levels of management and clients.
- Able to conduct risk assessments.
- Good knowledge on software and computer skills.
