Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Jeddah and Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Reports to: Restaurant Manager / Area Manager

Job Purpose
To ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant by leading the floor team, maintaining service quality, and upholding company standards in customer service, hygiene, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant staff and ensure excellent guest experience.
- Monitor daily operations including opening/closing procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure food safety and quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are met.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient flow.
- Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and control waste.
- Implement SOPs and assist in audits and internal checks.
- Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role in a busy F&B outlet.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP is a plus).
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Working Hours
- 6 days/week (rotational shifts), including weekends and holidays.
