As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, smooth service, and compliance with IHG brand standards. You will lead your team to deliver memorable dining experiences, maximize revenue, and uphold the highest levels of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to deliver excellent service in line with IHG standards.
Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and maintaining cost controls.
Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of the team.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with all brand and legal standards.
Work closely with the culinary and F&B team to ensure menu quality, timely service, and innovation.
Prepare reports, track KPIs, and contribute to departmental budgets and forecasts.
What We Need from YouPrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Solid knowledge of F&B operations and revenue management.
Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
