Job Summary
The Regional Supply Chain provides strategic and operational leadership for the region's end-to-end supply chain. This role is accountable for building an efficient, cost-effective, and resilient operation that meets local customer demand while aligning with global company objectives. Key focuses include optimizing processes, managing regional suppliers, and driving continuous improvement to strengthen our competitive advantage in the territory.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy & Operations
- Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee all daily supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and fleet management.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and local regulations, while optimizing resource allocation.
Cost Control & Supplier Management
- Manage the regional supply chain budget, analyze cost drivers, and implement savings initiatives.
- Lead the identification, qualification, and performance management of regional suppliers and logistics providers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates to secure competitive pricing and service levels, while mitigating supply chain risks.
Inventory & Demand Planning
- Collaborate with commercial teams to improve regional demand forecasting accuracy.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize carrying costs, and improve turn rates.
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations for accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional supply chain team.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations and implementing new technologies.
- Foster strong collaboration within the supply chain team and across other key departments like Sales and Finance.

- Cycle Count Coverage and Accuracy
- Inventory Obsolescence
- Stock Freshness monitoring
- Monitoring of slow moving and nonmoving stocks
- OTIF
Work experience requirement
6 to 8 years of relevant experience from FMCG industry.
Qualification
- Bachelors: Any Stream, preferable BBA
- Masters: MBA Operations
