Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented QA/QC Engineer to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Experience working on infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, drainage, roads, bridges, underpasses, overpasses or public works.
• Prior experience working in the Gulf & KSA region is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and quality standards.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution, subject to approval by the Engineer.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality engineering or QA/QC roles within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor,) is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, testing procedures, and applicable standards (ASTM, BS, ISO, etc.).
• Experience with QA/QC systems, tools, and documentation practices in large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, power Bi and quality-related software tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

  Deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
  Quality Control:
  Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques, including knowledge of relevant testing equipment.
