Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end project management for rotating equipment projects, from contract award through commissioning, startup, and final project closeout.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure alignment and project success.
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet key milestones.
- Identifying potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring strict compliance with Baker Hughes standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
- Providing regular status updates and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all stakeholders.
- Fostering strong client relationships through transparent communication, regular meetings, and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Supporting the localization and increasing local contents for local commodity, working hand-on-hand with Sourcing Organization in order to enhance IKTVA score.
To be successful in this role you will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, preferably within a technical or industrial setting.
- Previous experience in Rotating equipment
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP Certification is preference.
