Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software and techniques.
- Analyze project requirements and assess resource availability and allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential deviations from the schedule.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including updates on timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather information and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential schedule delays.
- Ensure that all planning activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project planning or scheduling.
- Proficient in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
