The Permit Coordinator is responsible for managing and securing all necessary permits and licenses required for construction projects. This role ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, facilitates smooth approval processes, and coordinates with relevant authorities to ensure timely project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in permit coordination within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures.
