Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain technical components within Oracle HRMS modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Self-Service, and AME).
- Develop and customize Oracle Reports, Alerts, and Workflow Builder objects.
- Modify and maintain Oracle HRMS standard objects including Views, Tables, and Packages.
- Create and deploy custom user hooks, personalization, and triggers.
- Develop and maintain OAF (Oracle Application Framework) pages tailored to business requirements.
- Integrate with Oracle standard APIs and ensure data consistency and process automation.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants to understand and implement business requirements.
- Participate in technical design reviews, unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code and technical configurations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.
- Work with DBA and infrastructure teams to support migrations, backups, and environment setups.
- Ensure code follows Oracle best practices and complies with organizational security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle EBS development.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Reports, Forms, and Workflow Builder.
- Familiarity with HRMS schema and standard APIs.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is optional.
