Responsibilities:
- Oversees support teams, develops support strategies, and ensures high levels of user satisfaction.
- Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for end-users.
- Managing and resolving incidents and service requests, often using ticketing systems.
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate support teams or specialists.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
- Providing guidance and training to users on new systems, software, or hardware.
- Supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Communicating effectively with end-users to understand their needs and provide clear, concise support.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure efficient and effective support delivery.
