Job Summary:
Ensures all local and global supply forecasting processes are completed on time for respective sites. Works closely with the material planning team, demand control team, COM, and Regional Forecast Manager to execute forecast adjustments within 0-3 month (emergency zone) such that site can effectively respond to demand fluctuations in short term. Recommends potential actions to planners such as expediting / de-expediting parts based on expected demand fluctuations in 0-3 month period. Works with remote team members on global projects as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or similar educational degree in Supply Chain, Business administration etc.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in KSA is a must.
- English/Arabic speaker
- Strong Collaboration and Communication Skills.

Materials Planning System Utilization - Uses the materials planning system to manage supply and demand plans taking long-term corrective action on exception messages and other alerts based on root cause analysis; occasionally refers to adhoc tools such as Excel, Access, TOAD, OMS, etc. in performing problem solving, while leveraging the materials planning system as the primary tool in day-to-day operations.

Local Content Responsibilities
- Managing KSA planning team with 4 directs / indirect reports ( Lead SCM Planner as direct , central and branch planners as indirect )
- Responsible about KSA Inventory.
- Lead Saudi Arabia Parts Forecasting Process from Planning perspective by working closely with Sales and Service Managers/Leaders to get the required information of the forecast and implement the relevant actions to stock the right demand while making sure to control the inventory
- Lead the RSL Process from Planning perspective, by working closely with Service/ Sales Managers/Leaders to ensure getting the required Stocking Parts List based on Saudi Arabia available Engine Fleet and population, and making sure the right stocking level is implemented and monitored on regular basis .
- Lead the regular reviews of Forecast Kits and RSL part stocking levels to make sure it is relevant to Saudi Arabia Business Demand and Engine Fleet & population requirements
- Leads Safety stock levels, lead times in MOVEX to ensure right stocking levels for Saudi Arabia
- Monitors Saudi Arabia Inventory Turns to ensure healthy working capital.
- Ensures strong availability of parts on a Just In Time basis for all the kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Monitors the backorder levels and ensures supply continuity as necessary for Saudi Arabia.
- Leads KSA cost control process by minimizing air freight, premium charges and working on Ocean freight orders based on forecasts.
- Lead the improvement of necessary Saudi Arabia SCM Key Performance Indicators: Inventory Turns, First Pass Fill Rate (FPF), First Ship Fill Rate (FSF), Shipment Quality, Inventory Turns, Monthly Back Order (value and lines).
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Intermediate level of experience required. 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
