Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, conducting fieldwork to engage potential clients, and delivering impactful presentations to promote our business setup services. This role requires a hands-on, strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct field visits to identify new client opportunities and expand market presence.
- Create and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to showcase our service offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Perform market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Plan and manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance; adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business setup services or the broader service industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver results.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and perform field-based marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience working in major metropolitan areas such as Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, or similar urban markets is preferred.
