We are hiring a Marketing Executive to support sponsorship and exhibitor sales for a major international event in the mining and resources sector. Based in Riyadh, you’ll help drive revenue by running targeted campaigns, producing sales enablement tools, and working side by side with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
You’ll be hands-on in HubSpot every day, building email workflows, managing prospect lists, tracking engagement, and optimising outbound activity. You’ll run paid social ads, coordinate partner promotions, and help map the competitive landscape — leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and run targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and paid ads to drive sponsorship and exhibitor sales
· Own the marketing push for SpEx offers and promotions — developing content and managing deployment
· Manage HubSpot campaigns, segmentation, and reporting to support sales and track lead engagement
· Create tailored sales tools and content — from email templates and follow-up scripts to one-pagers, slide decks, and WhatsApp outreach messages
· Coordinate partner promotions to amplify campaign messaging and drive traffic
· Support the development and optimisation of paid social ads and retargeting campaigns
· Monitor and assess competitive events and industry activity to inform positioning and uncover new angles
· Collaborate daily with the local and international sales team to align priorities, refine messaging, and support pipeline conversion
· Work with the design team to brief creative assets and ensure consistent branding across all materials
· Report on campaign performance and continuously improve based on data and feedback
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven ability to deliver performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels
Strong grasp of digital marketing platforms including email automation (HubSpot preferred), paid social, and analytics tools
Experience creating content and assets tailored for sales enablement (e.g. decks, follow-ups, WhatsApp messaging)
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work across time zones with international teams and thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment
Experience in the mining, resources, energy, or finance sectors
Familiarity with the MENA region and the dynamics of international B2B conferences
