Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage daily administrative tasks, and coordinate marketing activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Manage content creation for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and promotional materials.
- Support the organization of marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and promotional content.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or related role (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
