- Oversee all transportation operations within Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, ensuring a seamless and
efficient movement of guests and staff.
- Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to enhance service quality and safety.
- Coordinate and manage transportation schedules, routes, and logistics to optimize resource utilization.
- Lead a team of transportation staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-performance levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address transportation needs and challenges within the
park.
- Monitor and evaluate transportation performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed to improve
efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with transportation vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to service agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of transportation operations to ensure compliance with safety
regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage the transportation budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources.
- Participate in the planning and execution of special events and initiatives requiring transportation logistics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance transportation operations and service
offerings.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in a theme park or large entertainment venue.
- Demonstrated experience in managing transportation logistics and operations.
