As the Manager of Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive financial analysis, spearhead budgeting processes, and facilitate important decision-making based on financial forecasts. Your proactive approach and expertise will empower teams to achieve financial objectives while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to departments, providing analytical support and insights that enhance business processes and decision-making.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across different business units to ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Develop and analyze key financial metrics, identifying trends and providing recommendations to drive performance improvements.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting critical insights and findings.
- Support investment analyses and evaluations for new projects or initiatives, examining financial ramifications and potential ROI.
- Foster a strong understanding of financial principles among non-financial stakeholders through training and engagement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or professional certifications (CPA/CMA) are preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance, particularly in a business partnering or financial analysis role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and use of advanced Excel functionalities.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
