SWATX is seeking a dedicated Managed Services Coordinator to oversee and streamline our Managed Services operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating service delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our managed services meet and exceed client expectations. You will act as a bridge between our clients and technical teams, fostering communication and collaboration to achieve optimal service performance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of managed services to clients, ensuring timely and quality execution of service agreements.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Track and manage service requests, incidents, and escalations, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align services with client expectations and operational capabilities.
- Monitor service performance metrics, report on service levels, and propose improvements as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and documentation related to service delivery.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and services.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a service delivery or coordination role, preferably within managed services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using project management tools and software.
- Understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
