This program is designed for all Saudi graduates, intending to uplift their career and provide them with structured training, unique skills, and hands-on experience in the emerging practices and technologies of the electrical vehicle (EV) industry.

During the program, you will have the opportunity to work alongside local and international experts with a chance to rotate through different Lucid functions, developing a broad perspective of the industry, and develop your business knowledge and skills.

Training Program Summary:
You will go through 12 or 6 months of intensive on-the-job training to prepare you to handle the role and responsibilities of this position.

Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or diploma or Engineering or equivalent
- English fluency is a must.
